Unlike electromagnetic radiation such as radio waves, infrared-visible-ultraviolet, and X-rays, static or quasi-static electric fields are rarely utilized for visualization in people's lives industries. The difficulty measuring is mainly due to low-energy photons the lack of integrable devices with high sensitivity detect them. Here, a novel field sensor based on floating extended gate organic field-effect transistor shown, which highly sensitive, an array, ultra-flexible, expandable, digitally printable. has thickness ?2 µm can proximity human hands low electricity at distance tens centimeters. provide new vision charges, sensing capability, and, future, noncontact method biological activities brain waves.
